The firm evolved into Edifice Consultancy, officially registered under Dhaka North City Corporation. This marked the start of its journey into environmental consultancy and construction management.

Edifice became a registered private limited company under the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) and obtained VAT registration—solidifying its position in the consultancy and construction sector.

Dr. Afzal Hamed has PhD. in UAV Borne Search and Detection System for Disaster Area from Japan and Professor and departmental head of Civil Engineering in United International University.
He has joined in Edifice Consultancy Ltd. in 2022
Engr. S M Tariquzzaman
Managing Director
Engr. Tariquzzaman is one of the founding director of Edifice Consultancy Ltd. He has completed his Bachelor in Civil Engineering and first Masters in Environmental Management and Second masters in Climate Change and Development. He has expertise in Management system, Environment, Climate Change, WASH & Emergency Response.
Dr. Susmita Das Nishu

Dr. Susmita Das Nishu is PhD. Scholar from Yonsei University, South Korea and one of the founding Director of Edifice Consultancy Ltd. She has expertise on environment, climate change, biotechnology and Sustainable development.
